We are currently seeking to fulfill the position of Revit Specialist / Designer / Architect* *Architect Licenses not required. REQUIREMENTS » Minimum 5+ years of significant practice in the United States » Collaborate with the team to develop and self-produce drawings and details using Revit at all project phases. » Document at + 400 LOD with efficiency and accuracy. » Demonstrate leadership abilities expertise by guiding junior team members and providing mentorship. » Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are met. » Utilize organizational expertise to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with professional correspondence » Produce meeting minutes, RFl and submittal responses during construction » expertise of building codes PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES » Solid track record of project delivery success » availability to be collaborative and creatively approach every project » Strong desire to produce high caliber work with a high level of precision and detail » Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication, organization and leadership abilities expertise » capability to exhibit sound and accurate judgment, support and reasoning » Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to enhance design processes.
