The majority of our work being high end residential, new construction and renovations, including lofts, apartments, townhouses, Penthouse additions and building conversions.We design ground up as well as renovations.We also work in the hospitality field. Who We are pursuing: candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of practice working in an office in the US. Applicant must have a professional degree in Architecture from an accredited school. Either a Bachelor of Architecture (5 year) or Master of Architecture degree.This position is for Somebody with a strong design sense who is detail oriented. This position may be Clientfacing and will also interact with contractors. Requirements: Strong Knowledge of Construction Documents, working drawings and detailing is a must.Must be able to show full set of working drawings and demonstrate knowledge of putting together a set. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required. Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphics programs are valuable but not required. capability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly and clearly to clients and design team, including the capability to hand sketch is important. advantages: This is a full-time position offering competitive income, medical and dental coverage, retirement plan.
