Arch11 is seeking a highly motivated Project Designer passionate about excellence, with a minimum of three years of practice and demonstrated practice in high-end residential and familiarity with commercial and institutional project types.
this function demands a deep knowledge of the design process, from concept through execution, with a focus on creating spaces that are impactful, forward-thinking, and enduring. We are seeking for Somebody with material knowledge and excellent design sensibility. Appropriate qualifications:
   » BA in any discipline and/or B.Arch or M.Arch.
   » A portfolio demonstrating design excellence with a proven track record of growth within the design sector.
   » capability to visually express ideas/concepts with technical proficiency, working knowledge, and skills.
   » Highly collaborative by nature. Fosters a positive, collaborative work environment with strong communication skills and an empathetic approach to creating outstanding design solutions.
   » Curiosity and desire to know how craft is executed paired with an entrepreneurial mindset that identifies project opportunities.
Job responsibilities:
Design: You continue to grow in all design phases while performing various assignments and supporting projects of moderate size and complexity. Collaborate in developing design concepts, including creating sketches, models, and presentations to communicate ideas effectively.
Technical Documentation : Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure clarity and compliance with codes and regulations.
Project Coordination : Work closely with project teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors, to ensure goals and deadlines are met and exceeded. Conduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI's.
Studio Ambassador : Serve as an ambassador for the studio, knowledge the needs and vision of each project and fostering long-lasting relationships. Assist in client meetings, knowledge their needs and preferences, and incorporating feedback into design solutions.
Research and Analysis : Research materials, building systems, and zoning regulations to support design decisions and project practiccapability.
Sustaincapability Practices : Implement sustainable/resilient design practices and strategies located on the firm sustaincapability action plan and 2030 Commitment strategies and goals.
Professional Development : Remain engaged and curious about design innovation and building technologies, while actively participating in Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and pursuing additional certifications to expand knowledge and skills.
Collaboration and Teamwork : Engage in creating a collaborative and creative work environment, contributing ideas and insights to studio discussions and projects.
Quality Assurance : Review designs and documentation for accuracy and adherence to firm standards and best practices. Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex issues and managery approval on proposed project plans.

   » A passion for creating both physical models and digital renders.
   » Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office.
