We’re looking for like-minded creatives to join our team and grow with us. www.bespokeonly.com/careers » Working with design team on production - including drawing sets, 3D model and rendering, technical documents and FF&E. » Overall project management on drafting, construction management and communication with clients and trades. » Managing scope, bid, change orders, submissions, construction and project timelines » Training and mentoring junior staff » Contributing and committed to the growth of Bespoke Only Appropriate qualifications: » 6+ years of practice in an interior/architecture firm. » 3+ years of practice in local New York city construction administration » Excellent expertise in AutoCAD, Enscape and SketchUp. » Strong communication and organization expertise » Detail oriented; Driven; Proactive; Responsible; Self-Starter; Solution Seeker » Willing to travel.
