Echo Projects is seeking a full-time project manager to work on all phases of our architectural projects, from design through construction. We are seeking for a candidate with excellent communication expertise, project management capabilities, an attention to detail and a passion for thoughtful design.
Echo Projects is a design/build firm located in Los Angeles, specializing in architecturally rigorous residential construction. As builders and designers, our process of integrated project delivery is informed by broad practice in both architectural design and custom homebuilding. We leverage the expertise and tools from both disciplines to execute projects characterized by careful, legible refinement. Our work is supported by an immensely talented team of subcontractors and collaborators.

Job responsibilities:
   »
Architectural Design: develop design schemes, prepare drawings, 3D models, renderings and other graphic visualizations for client presentations
   »
Guide projects through permitting process
   »
Coordinate with engineers and consultants
   »
Produce Construction Drawings
   »
supervise Construction Administration - conduct site visits and communicate with job site managers
Appropriate qualifications:
   »
3+ years of practice in architectural design
   »
Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture
   »
Strong software expertise - proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD or Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, rendering software
   »
Strong drawing, graphic communication and presentation expertise
   »
practice with LADBS permitting process preferred
   »
Strong communication expertise, with the capability to effectively manage projects and produce precise work with a team
