Wines in Los Angeles.?We are a relatively new winery but already established strong presence in Los Angeles and SoCal area with around 100 existing accounts, including two Michelin starred restaurants and major wine shops.?Our perfect candidate should have a strong background in wine sales; passion for natural wines, regenerative viticulture; availability to lgain and grow with the company; great communication and presentation expertise! This job opportunity offers a base income plus commission and further details will be discussed on a case by case basis, taking into consideration candidate’s practice in the industry. • General requirements for a candidate: What you'll do: 1. Pitch and close new accounts by sampling wines, negotiating pricing, merchandising, etc 2. Attend and contribute to biweekly team meetings; report out on key sales metrics and objectives • Who you are: 1. You’ve sold wine or beverage products into retail or wholesale accounts, 2. You care deeply about independent producers and craft products; you love to sell a product you believe in 3. You work independently and are comfortable hitting the road to meet with retail partners and prospects 4. You’re a high-energy self-starter, love a fast-paced startup environment, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done Appropriate qualifications: 1. 2-4+ years of practice in retail, distributor and/or sales or as a brand ambassador for a beverage company 2. practiced in lead generation and managing a sales pipeline 3. Strong presentation and interpersonal expertise; able to lead pitches and take meetings with retailers big and small 4. Strong collaborator, excellent communicator, and able to handle any issue that arises! 5. Magnetic personality - positive attitude, sense of humor, you love people and they adore you 6. practice with Microsoft Word, Excel, and GSuite 7. wine education is a plus! 8. Must own a car and be willing to transport samples and marketing collateral; Where you'll be: You’ll be working from Los Angeles with travel all over California. ?
