adjunct Project Manager (Ecological Restoration):Resource Environmental Solutions (RES)Job description:Job Informationadjunct Project Manager (Ecological Restoration)Back to listTitle adjunct Project Manager (Ecological Restoration) Organization Resource Environmental Solutions (RES) Job detail Overview RES is hiring an adjunct Project Manager to assist with the implementation and oversight of projects to ensure our timely delivery and budgetary performance. This position will be assigned to the project in Glen Burnie, MD . The mission: The adjunct Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and/or oversight of each project and will report project progress, issues, concerns, to the Project Manager, Accounting, and Operations Manager. Information technology is expected that the APM will be able to attend site meetings and coordinate with the onsite inspectors, visitors, and other parties connected with the project as a part of their everyday tasks. Should project issues arise the APM will coordinate with the PM for guidance and issue resolution. What your day-to-day might look like? You will be responsible for ensuring that subcontractors adhere to project specifications and complete their work on time, while also liaising with the Project Manager on a everyday basis and conducting regular site visits (including taking photographs). You will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate project and job records for both field and office copies, generating project budgets, tracking and updating schedules, and assisting with private and public sector estimating, proposals, and bids. You will have the opportunity to set up and approve purchase orders and account payables, establish credit applications with Accounts Payable for new vendor accounts, and assist with monthly invoicing, including quantity tracking. Qualifications Minimum: » Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in applied sciences, engineering, or similar field » 2+ years of progressive practice in an applied-sciences, engineering, or construction field.
