Min Hourly Rate $14.20 (Standard); $13.20 (Non-Urban); $15.45 (Portland Metro) Max Hourly Rate $21.00 (Standard); $18.50 (Non-Urban); $21.50 (Portland Metro) Position Summary This recruitment will be used to fill part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week during academic terms and 40 hours per week during academic breaks) Student Technical adjunct positions (research field work) for the Eastern Oregon Agricultural Research Center (EOARC) in Burns, OR for Oregon State University (OSU). This position will participate in a variety of field data collection activities connected with sagebrush rangeland restoration and seedling ecology research as well as data entry. Data collection will include estimates of cover, density and biomass of grass, shrub and tree species. The applicant will also be involved in setting-up research projects, including plot layout and fencing. The majority of field work will take place in southeast Oregon.
