This position requires a notary or prosperous completion to become a notary within six months of hire.

Special Conditions: First consideration is given to UofM employees.

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
May need to work/travel beyond normal work schedule

tasks & Job responsibilities: Advises staff on financial, technical and operational matters, instructs and orients new members of staff. Provides secretarial and administrative support for executives and staff, to include managing, screening and handling telephone communications, greeting and directing visitors.
