Employment Type: Full-time - In Office located in downtown Westwood NJ. Monday to Friday / In Office 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM New Jersey or New York candidates will ONLY be considered Job responsibilities: • Field measuring and CAD documentation of existing buildings. • Schematic Design Phase Services. • Project design and preparation of Construction Documents. • Building code and zoning analysis. • Construction Phase Services. • Enthusiasm for coordinating and collaborating with project team members • capability to contribute in a collaborative and positive manner to team discussions • Attention to detail, design, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. • Self-motivated to find unique solutions to design problems. Appropriate qualifications: • Strong Written and Verbal Communication expertise. • 1-3+ Years of Professional practice. • Bachelor or B.S. Degree in Architecture. • High Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD software. • Proficiency with Autodesk Revit software (Preferred). • Proficiency in Adobe Software such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Projects we specialize on include high-end custom residential homes, mixed-use retail/residential, commercial office spaces, renovations, and tenant improvements.
