We have exciting new opportunities and are looking to add the following position: Intermediate Architect with 5+ years of New York City practice Requirements for candidates: » Bachelor of Architecture or Master’s degree in Architecture » Strong design sense in addition to expertise of technical constructcapability » broad practice producing drawing sets (all phases) with an emphasis on construction detailing and construction documentation » Proficiency with Revit required (other 3D modeling practice, such as Rhino, 3ds Max, a plus) (practice with Enscape preferred) » Self-motivated and the capability to work both individually and as part of a team » Good organization and communications expertise » Advanced interpersonal expertise: friendly and direct communication with clients, consultants and staff is critical to this function » expertise of NYC building code and practice with the DOB We are interested in candidates that have both technical expertise and are also contributors in the design dialogue and culture of the firm.
