This position interacts with the public, so a certain level of customer service and professionalism is expected both on the phone and in-person. located on availcapability and practice, employees may be assigned to work in the various Design & Production shops such as costumes, paint and props, etc. This will be addressed during the interview process. Dress code during performances is business casual or costumes in conformity with Design team for each show. All other work times, dress is casual. Schedule is mainly Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm with flexible hours according to your classes. Nights and weekend work are expected during the Summer Performance (June 26 - 30, 2024) and will be communicated in advance. Box office is closed when classes are not in session (holidays, breaks, etc.). Preferred (Majors, practice, GPA, etc.) All majors are welcome, no practice required.
