Graduate students will assist with designing, implementing, and assessing programs aimed at enhancing student success. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a graduate student to gain hands-on practice in higher education administration, advising, program development, and student support services. Key Job responsibilities: »Program Support: » Assist in the development and execution of student success programs and initiatives. » Help coordinate logistics for workshops, seminars, and events focused on academic and personal development. »Student Engagement: » Serve as a point of contact for students seeking information about student success resources. » Provide one-on-one support and coaching to students, helping them navigate academic challenges and connect with available resources. »Data Collection and Analysis: » Collect and analyze data related to student participation and results in success initiatives. » Assist in preparing reports and presentations to communicate program effectiveness and impact. » Use data to identify trends and areas for improvement in student support services. »Communication and Outreach: » Maintain regular communication with students, faculty, and staff to promote upcoming events and initiatives. » Contact and engage students directly using by phone, text and email.
