This is what we believe can truly enhance people’s lives. functions & Job responsibilities: Interior Architectural Jr. Designers are responsible for drafting 3D models, crafting design presentations, and ensuring that design intent & client needs are met all over the life of the project. this function works directly with our Directors on interior architectural tasks. The typical day-to-day responsibilities for our Interior Architectural Designers include: • Drafting 3D models via ArchiCAD & Twinmotion • Crafting presentation slides via Illustrator & Photoshop • Sourcing reference images for theme & material presentations • Sourcing, organizing, & photographing physical material samples for client and studio library • Creating, managing, and updating project database • Effectively working on multiple projects at once Highly Desired: • Valid Driver’s License • Strong previous relationships with vendors, trades and consultants • Strong Eye for Photography • knowledge Construction Documents Requirements: •2+ years of practice in a function as Interior Architectural Jr. Designer (or similar) •2+ of those years spent in wood framed residential construction •2+ years of practice working in ArchiCAD full time •practice working in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator •Strong capability to communicate effectively and respectfully •capability to work from our Long Island City studio 3 days/wk (minimum) •Must be legally authorized to work in the US Employment Details: • This is a Full-Time position (40 hrs/wk) • Hybrid remote/in-person environment with 3 days/wk in-studio • Typical working hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm, Mon - Fri • income Range between $55k - $75k • endlessPTO • 401k matching • Life Insurance Policy • Medical + Vision insurance • Friendly & Approachable Team! • compensateing Design Projects!
