The qualified candidate will participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and the design team. We are pursuing a motivated person with exceptional technical expertise, design capability, and time-management expertise to prosperously execute construction documents and meet project deadlines. candidates should have a clear knowledge of building systems, sustaincapability practices, and an knowledge of appropriate constructcapability within a project budget. Excellent communication and leadership abilities expertise, a five-year bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Architecture, and advanced knowledge of BIM software (Revit preferred) are required. A licensed/registered architect with LEED certification (or near licensure and certification) is preferred.
