The ideal candidate must be passionate about design, take pride and ownership in their work, possess solid leadership abilities and communication expertise, and enjoy a professional team environment. High professional standards and a strong work ethic are a must. Appropriate qualifications: • 3+ years of practice working with residential and commercial architecture and construction documentation creation • Portfolio displaying variety of work/project • General expertise of building products, construction details and significant rules, regulations, and quality standards • Familiarity with design software: AutoCAD proficiency required • Licensed Architect in Colorado preferred • Bachelor or Masters of Architecture preferred Job responsibilities: • Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project • Utilize expertise of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product • Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards • supervise and make recommendations all over entire construction process • Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets Job Type : Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearView your Application History Skills:
