We seek an practiced architect Technical Director with 8-12 years of practice with strong technical and construction documentation expertise. You will be responsible for the technical team and work closely with clients and the firm's partners.There is room to grow in our firm. Candidates should have excellent understand of construction documentation including producing plans, details, sections, and how to produce NYC construction document sets. Strong technical expertise are highly valued along with and good knowledge of Autocad. The prosperous candidate should have a good graphic sense and be a quick learner, who can work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. practice/expertise required: » 5 year Bachelor degree in Architectural or Masters degree » 8 to 12 years of professional practice » NYC Project practice NYC » capability to create Construction Document sets independently » capability to work in a team including directly with Parnters » capability to create technical drawings, for various projects such as restaurant, retail and multi-family residential projects.
