We are creative problem solvers with a taste for well-crafted design and work in a collaborative team environment, pushing boundaries until a project is the best Information technology can be.As a small studio, this is a unique opportunity to work on all phases of projects, including design, under the Principal or Senior Architect. We are pursuing an Architect with 2-5 years practice who is passionate about residential architecture and modern design to join our team. Responsibilities include: » Assist a Senior Architect or the Principal in generating designs and presentations, construction drawings, code research and compliance, and material selection. » Help manage schedules and coordination of clients, contractors, expeditors, consultants, city agencies and vendors. » Assist with construction administration. Appropriate qualifications: » 2-5 years professional practice » NYC residential architecture practice » High level of proficiency with 3D modeling or BIM software- Revit or Archicad » You are resourceful, have the capability to work efficiently on multiple projects and keep them organized » Strong conceptual, design and detailing expertise This is a full time salaried position with health insurance, paid vacation, sick leave and holidays. income starts at $65,000 and is commensurate with practice and skill set.
