We are pursuing Junior Architects to participate in all phases of design and construction administration. Qualified candidates must possess a professional degree in Architecture and have worked in an architectural office for 1-3 years. We are seeking for self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized people to contribute to our team. Responsibilities include developing designs and technical solutions all over a project, preparing construction documents, coordinating consultants, contacting clients, and reviewing and administering on-site construction. Requirements include: » superior Revit and AutoCAD expertise; Autodesk certification a strong plus » proficiency in 3D programs (Rhino, V-Ray, & Sketchup) » proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office programs » construction document practice » exceptional communication capability, both written and spoken » the capability to work both independently and collaboratively. candidates must currently reside in the New York City metro area and have legal authorization to work in the US.
