The ideal candidate will have practice in all phases of new building design from SD through CA in a leadership abilities function within a collaborative team. This is a hands-on function with room to grow professionally and as part of a community of engaged architects and designers. Required expertise & practice » Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree » 8 - 12 years professional practice » practice working with educational clients;projects with NYCPS, Independent or Charter K-12 schools a plus » Outstanding design, planning, and technical expertise » Excellent analytical and technical expertise, including a deep knowledge of NYC zoning and building code, Construction Set development, and detailing capability » Proficient in all phases of design and construction » Team management practice; Motivated, articulate, and detail-oriented » Strong written and verbal communication expertise » Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3d Studio Max, Enscape, and/or Rhino » Authorization to work in the US Compensation income $80,000 -$115,000 commensurate with practice.
