Candidates should be prepared to take on primary responsibilities for complex projects that require coordination between multiple consultants, polished client presentations, expertise of building construction and a sharp eye for detail. From practiccapability to construction administration, Project Leads should be attuned to the "big picture" of a given project and should be able to independently determine the most effective way of moving Information technology toward completion. This requires self direction and creative problem solving. It is paramount that candidates are comfortable communicating directly with clients and our trade partners. The studio strives to do carefully crafted projects that intelligently respond to program and site and celebrate the personalities of our clients. We are located near Dupont Circle in Washington D.C.
