Offer: New York, NY, US Wed, Jul 3 '24 Landscape Des:SCAPEJob description:Landscape DesignerEmployer:SCAPE Job location:New York, NY, US Published:Wed, Jul 3 '24 Pay:$60,000 - $75,000annually ABOUT THE function SCAPE is seeking a well-rounded junior landscape designer or landscape architect to join our team in New York City. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 three years of practice in the landscape architecture field, with an emphasis on technical documentation. An interest in planting design and the technical development of coastal resilience projects is a plus. Preferred candidates will also exhibit a broad range of expertise and interests including, but not limited to 3D modeling and visualizations, diagrammatic representations, illustrative renderings, hand sketching, and iterative design. All candidates should be highly organized and eager to work in a collaborative, energetic environment on projects through all stages of design. They should be self-motivated, detail oriented, and possess good communication expertise. QUALIFICATIONS A prosperous candidate will possess: » Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field from an accredited University program. » 1-3 years working in the landscape architecture profession » Strong communication and presentation expertise for internal collaboration. » Collaborative disposition and iterative workflow with an eye for good design. » practice working on documentation sets and interest in the technical development of complex and unique projects.
