Special Conditions: Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Frequently works early mornings, evenings and weekends. Occasionally travels beyond normal work schedule for full-service clients. Manage full-service client budgets, including cost estimates, internal accounting controls and reconciliation procedures. Participate in trade show and group travel excursions. Track time allocated to client programming and other related activities. tasks & Job responsibilities: Ensure client satisfaction through fostering clear and constructive communications with clients and assist with selecting appropriate service vendors and departments such as dining services, physical plant, housing, campus police, parking, etc. to ensure that service capabilities and client expectations are consistent. tasks & Job responsibilities: Prepare client banquet event orders, confirmations, post-event follow up and customer evaluations. Ensure all vendor invoices are submitted to accounting and paid. tasks & Job responsibilities: Serve as the main contact for assigned internal and external clients, coordinating client's bookings, managing event details, creation and management of registration sites, track and reconcile registration payments and communicating University policies and procedures. tasks & Job responsibilities: Assist summer conference housing program coordinator with tasks such as but not limited to liaison between Residence Life, room assignments, catering, meeting room selections & setup, transportation, staffing, etc. tasks & Job responsibilities: Other tasks as assigned.
