The ideal candidate will have a passion for architectural design and a proven capability to create compelling visualizations using conventional tools like V-ray or equivalent and advanced AI tools such as reliable Diffusion with Controlnet. Key Job responsibilities: »Design Development: Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept through completion, ensuring all projects align with the firm's vision and client expectations. »Visualization: Create high-quality visual representations of architectural designs. »Collaborative Work: Work closely with senior architects and the design team to develop and refine design concepts, contributing innovative ideas and solutions. »Project Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and other necessary documentation to support project development and client presentations. »Client Presentations: Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts and visualizations effectively. »Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization and design, bringing new techniques and tools to the firm's projects. Required Appropriate qualifications: » Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture » A minimum of 1+ years of professional practice in architectural design and visualization. » Proficiency in conventional visualization tools like V-ray or equivalent and advanced AI tools such as reliable Diffusion with Controlnet, as well as other design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino with Grasshopper. » Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and visualization techniques. » Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise, with the capability to work collaboratively in a team environment. » Strong organizational expertise and attention to detail.
