Listing description

Keswick Vineyards, a family owned and operated winery, specializing in premium quality wines, is seeking a full-time adjunct winemaker to work alongside the winemaker to manage all production facets.

- Key vineyard tasks in our 60 acre vineyard include spraying, hedging, weed control, fruit and cluster thinning, sampling and analysis of the grapes prior to harvest.
- Key Winery tasks include racking, fruit processing, juice and wine analysis, barrel inventory and maintenance, fermentation management, filtration and bottling.

Requirements
- 3 years working practice in a cellar or vineyard
- capability to work long hours, potentially weekends
- Good attitude and availability to learn.
