Job Offer: New York, NY, US Thu, Oct 31 '24 Senior A:Frida Escobedo StudioJob description:Senior ArchitectEmployer:Frida Escobedo Studio Job location:New York, NY, US Published:Thu, Oct 31 '24 Pay:$110,000 - $125,000annually Senior Architect We are pursuing a talented individual to join our New York City studio as a full-time Senior Architect Core Responsibilities Works with Creative Director and Project Manager to lead the architectural design development and production of deliverables through to construction completion Ensures compliance with project schedules, building codes & best practices, quality of deliverables, and client expectations Conducts internal research and coordinates the integration of work by other consultants Completes assignments with originality and ingenuity; Anticipates job expectations and contributes to project and design solutions Shares expertise and aids in the professional development of less-practiced staff Qualifications / practice 10+ years of work practice on small to large scale projects; Compensation will be considered relative to prior architectural practice Strong design and representation expertise, and desire to deliver excellent architectural production all over all project phases In-depth working expertise of Revit, as well as graphic and rendering software Broad expertise of building materials, specifications, codes, details, and construction methods Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required Proficiency in French is a plus Benefits The studio offers comprehensive medical benefits, and a generous paid vacation & holiday package Email CV & portfolio to [emailprotected] with the subject "New York Senior Architect" Skills:
