Employment Job Category: Administrative/Professional Regular/Temporary: Regular If temporary, list duration: Type of Appointment: Fiscal Contract Period: 12 month Position Summary Information Position Summary: The Office of Institutional Culture is seeking an Institutional Culture Coordinator. Position will manage and create the culture initiatives of P3G2. Additionally, this position will assume responsibilities of implementation and guidance of the other Pillar 3 objectives. function will also assist the Office of Institutional Culture with programming, events and success and innovation initiatives. Will also manage results and strategies for employee engagement and effective management. Primary tasks and Job responsibilities: » Serve as the main point of contact for interfacing with other administrative departments and coordinating essential processes to support the Office of Institutional Culture. » Team member required to have discretion and independent judgment for Title IX, VI, VII and ADA compliance. » Manage everyday support functions including interoffice communication and electronic business functions. » Develop data reports for the Office of Institutional Culture relative to budgets, participation of employee numbers, programs, etc. » Coordinate with pillar champions and co-leads on Pillar Three: The Employee practice processes including but not limited to registering Affinity/Employee Resource Groups, coordinating major employee-supported events with Human Resources, and scheduling professional development workshops for employees. » Through the Office of Institutional Culture, ensure APSU values are shared and marketed through the employee practice at Austin Peay State University. » Manage and maintain the Office of Institutional Culture applications for reporting, website, and all OIC events on the Master calendar, especially those supporting the employee practice (i.e., affinity/employee resources groups and events). » Conduct intakes for compliance, and assist in investigations and scheduling when needed. » Monitor the collection of analysis of significant employee assessments. expertise, expertise, and Abilities: » Detail oriented » Open to new ideas and initiatives » capability to work simultaneously on multiple projects. » Good time-management expertise. Physical Requirements: » Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Required Minimum Appropriate qualifications: » Bachelor's Degree » A minimum of three (3) years of proven administrative practice; » Superb written and verbal communication expertise; » Strong time management and multitasking capability; » Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
