Communication: Excellent verbal and written expertise, with practice in client, vendor, and contractor interactions. Technical expertise: Proficient in creating construction drawing/document sets, resolving technical and code issues, and reviewing contractor RFPs. Must be skilled in CAD and comfortable with Word, Excel, In-Design, and Photoshop. expertise: Familiarity with NYC design sources and building codes, and the capability to source and coordinate finishes, plumbing fixtures, furniture, decorative lighting, textiles, and window treatments.
