tasks & Job responsibilities: Maintains strong internal controls in area of responsibility. Ensures effective and appropriate use of resources, accurate financial information, and adherence to policies and procedures, and other regulatory requirements. Identifies, communicates, addresses, and escalates risks in a timely manner. Attends HR Partners and Focus on Finance meetings and communicates information to the Department, as needed. Advises the Department Chair on ways to accomplish departmental objectives and to follow University and governing board policies.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Develops external communication campaigns to increase department visibility with prospective students. Responds to inquiries regarding academic programs and connect students with pertinent faculty members in their area. Manages prospective student CRM and process incoming departmental applications in a timely fashion. In coordination with the Chair and the Director of Publicity and Promotion, organizes yearly audition events.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Receives incoming phone calls; provides information to callers, takes messages, screens requests on behalf of manager, or refers calls to appropriate person; places calls for administrative personnel. Reads and determines disposition of incoming mail; composes correspondence for routine inquiries; prepares letters and packages for mailing. Receives, directs, and assists visitors; provides procedural information and answers inquiries related to operational and substantive matters.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Designee of the Department Chair on financial and HR matters. Controls expenditures in conformity with the Department's goals, objectives, and budgets. Reviews and authorizes purchase of supplies, services, and equipment. Prepares and reviews payment authorization for all invoices, meal reimbursements, cash reimbursements, supply advance reconciliations, and travel claims. Collaborates with Procurement Services and the Office of Legal Counsel to generate purchase orders for theatrical performance rights and other contractual services.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Develops internal communications for Chair and area heads. Maintains student information database and area distribution lists (Musical Theatre, Dance, Dance Science, Design and Technical Production, Performance, Graduate).

tasks & Job responsibilities: Maintains manager's calendar and schedule; makes appointments; makes travel arrangements; assists in planning and implementing conferences and special events; assists in making any necessary room rental, reservation or catering arrangements.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Researches and analyzes data to prepare operational reports for administration and accrediting agencies. Provide data for the annual HEADS report and other accreditation reports.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Human Resources: Assists with recruitment and/or appointment of faculty, staff, part-time instructors, temporary employees, and student workers. Reviews all GA contracts.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Assists faculty, staff, students, and guests with travel. Creates travel purchase orders; prepares travel claims; hotel and air reservations for guest artists; register students for conferences that are paid with University funds.
