Philadelphia Area Consortium of Special Collections LibrariesThe Philadelphia Area Consortium of Special Collections Libraries, Inc. (PACSCL) is accepting proposals from outside vendors to design a simple, beta website to host the Black Joy & Resilience project. Black Joy & Resilience is a two-year planning project funded by the National Historical Publications and Records Commission (NHPRC) that will facilitate access to digitized content; enable scholarly annotation of that content; test use of content in secondary and college-level classes; and make available new digital objects created during community events.Grant funding for this position is capped at $15,000. Project deliverables are due no later than November 15, 2024.
