Lgain more about our studio here: www.belldesigngroup.com We are seeking for a full-time Project Architect / Project Captain to join our growing and fast-paced team in an architectural function focused on projects of varying scales and technical complexities. Project Architects are the leaders of developing architectural plans and will work hand-in-hand with Project Managers and the design team to create exceptional projects. A Project Architect should have broad expertise of the building process, from conceptual design through construction, and be able to apply architectural principles, practices and techniques consistently and with exploratory drive. The right person for this function will be an excellent communicator, strategic thinker and collaborative problem solver, as well as have significant practice in code analysis and detailing/documentation. A candidate needs to be able to work independently and collaboratively, with a passion for craft and an eye for detail and quality. We are seeking for someone that thrives in the multi-dimensional, problem-solving environment of our industry. This position is also expected to engage in the activities and advancement of the studio, as well as providing positive support, mentorship and training to junior staff. This position is available at either our Los Angeles or Colorado Springs location.
