This in-person function at our Chelsea office requires strong leadership abilities, technical skills, and a deep appreciation for design. If you have the drive to supervise complex projects while collaborating with diverse teams and clients, we’d love to have you join our dynamic environment. Key functions & Job responsibilities: » Lead architectural design and project management: Drive the planning, design, and execution of complex projects, ensuring they meet client expectations. » Collaborate on interiors: Work closely with our partner interior design studio Billy Cotton Studio to coordinate design concepts and ensure high-end interior detailing. » supervise project workflow: Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and design standards. » Coordinate with clients and consultants: Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure prosperous project results. » Mentor and guide junior staff: Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members, contributing to their development and project success. Requirements: » Passion for interior design and architecture: A strong appreciation for both is essential. » Software Special Skills: » AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office: Must be proficient. » Revit and Vectorworks: expertise is a plus. » High-end detailing: Strong expertise of high-end interior detailing is required. » Proven practice in specifying interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and lighting, including conducting research and collaborating closely with designers. » Project management: practice in handling complex project schedules, budgets, and design deliverables. » Licensure: Licensure preferred but not required. availability to pursue licensure is appreciated.
