Min Hourly Rate $14.70 (Standard); $13.70 (Non-Urban); $15.95 (Portland Metro) Max Hourly Rate $21.00 (Standard); $20.50 (Non-Urban); $21.50 (Portland Metro) Position Summary This recruitment will be used to fill one part-time (a maximum of 20 hours per week) Research Project adjunct position for the Hallie E. Ford Center for Healthy Children & Families in the College of Health at Oregon State University (OSU). This position will work under the guidance of Dr. Megan McClelland who is the Director for the Hallie Ford Center will help with projects across the center and building management. This position will be responsible for assisting project staff with tasks related to research projects and programs. These projects are funded through grants with the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) and the U.S. Department of Education. Position tasks 50% Project support and Coordination: Assist HFC director and project team staff with various aspects of continuing projects. Coordinate educational program. Assist with events in the center, e.g., prep, set up teardown, cleanup, etc. Assist with mailing and printing and event planning; assist in the everyday maintenance of the center (e.g. room set up, clean up, etc.) . 40% Communication: Interact with HFC leadership abilities and project staff and assist with management of the HFC. Promote and market the HFC and the various center programs using mixed-media in conjunction with a faculty member. Develops and maintains educational content for displays and exhibits.
