We are seeking to expand our team with a talented practiced Designer who will contribute their ideas, expertise and practice to a wide variety of projects. The position requires a self-motivated creative designer who can work effectively within a team environment as well as independently. We are particularly interested in talented designers who are seeking a creative position with opportunity for professional growth. Position Description: practiced Designer to develop architectural designs at the direction of a Project Leader or Principal Contribute to the development and production of documents, models and images to convey design intent Coordinate and supervise the preparation of design presentations Provide leadership abilities to interns and junior designers Independently coordinate with engineers and consultants Requirements: » 3+ years of post-graduate fulltime practice in a leading design oriented architectural office » Excellent design expertise with practice of concept design through to design development phase » Proactive with capability to work both independently and collaborate with design team » Proficiency in Rhino, Autocad, and Adobe Suite is required. Enscape, Revit or Grasshopper are a plus. » Fluency in written and spoken English, excellent communicator both verbally and graphically » 3D Modeling expertise including digital modeling, 3D printing and physical modeling » capability to contact with engineers, consultants, municipal authorities and other 3rd parties » Capable of working creatively and productively in a fast paced environment » capability to take initiative, prioritize and adapt without compromising project goals » Strong organizational expertise, able to meet deadlines and budget time » Professional degree in Architecture; LEED certification an asset » Authorized to work in the USA To apply for the position please send the following to [emailprotected]: » CV / Resume » Portfolio of both academic and professional work » Professional references The subject of the email should be “Name_Design Architect” Applications are only accepted by email and as a single pdf file no larger than 8MB.
