Position Overview: In this function, you will supervise the implementation and management of Digital Twin / digital transformation programs. this function requires a strategic thinker who can manage cross-functional teams, ensure project delivery, and drive innovation across projects. You will play a critical function in improving project results, operational efficiency, and the overall digital strategy. This position requires broad industry knowledge and requires open-thinking for multi-platform and/or software agnostic results. Key Job responsibilities: » Lead and manage BIM programs across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements. » Implement and supervise reality capture technologies and teams, including laser scanning, photogrammetry, and drone-located data acquisition to create accurate digital representations. » Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure design technology processes are integrated seamlessly into the project lifecycle. » Develop and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices tailored to owner-operator needs, ensuring quality and consistency across projects. » Collaborate with project management teams to define project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. » Train, mentor, and support team members in connected technologies, processes, and project management methodologies. » Explore paths of optimization of models for facility management, asset tracking, and operational planning. » Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Appropriate qualifications: » Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). » 5+ years of practice in connected design tech / BIM management, with a focus on reality capture and owner-operator workflows. » Proven practice managing teams and projects, with a strong knowledge of project management principles. » skills / expert knowledge in reality capture technologies such as laser scanning, photogrammetry, and point cloud processing. » Proficiency in the Autodesk software suite, Revit as a must. Additional model authoring software practice and interopercapability practice a big bonus. Leica and NavVis software and hardware tools.
