Job tasks include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. capability to interact with guests, co-workers, and managers in a positive and valuable manner, as well being able to work independently for extended periods of time. Maintain professionalism while assessing guest's needs and preferences and offer recommendations if needed. » Maintain a clean and neat work and service area and restock bar inventory and supplies as needed. Minimum Appropriate qualifications:: » High School diploma or equivalent required. » Basic expertise of beverages and food items, and cleaning practices, RAMP certification required. » 1 year food service practice. » Oral and written communication expertise. » capability to work independently as well as in a group under general supervision. » Excellent guest service expertise. » Excellent expertise of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks. » capability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
