Job Offer: Los Angeles, CA, US Thu, May 16 '24 Proje:Johnson FainJob description:Project Manager / Project ArchitectEmployer:Johnson Fain Job location:Los Angeles, CA, US Published:Thu, May 16 '24 Pay:$95,000 - $120,000annually Johnson Fain is seeking a self-motivated, highly-skilled Project Manager / Project Architect to work collaboratively with our design and technical team on a variety of project types. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design excellence and a minimum of 10 years practice working in an architecture firm on medium to large scale projects such as residential, corporate offices, mixed-use developments, educational projects, and/or large-scale cultural projects. Candidate must possess a strong work ethic and outstanding client interface and communication expertise. Job Requirements: » Ten to Fifteen years of Architecture practice » Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. » Licensed CA Architect, preferred. » expertise of California building codes » Strong leadership abilities and management expertise » Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT is required, Information technology is the documentation software used on all projects » Fluent expertise of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite » Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Job responsibilities: » Manage client relationships and external and internal team communications » Resolve complex technical and design issues. » Manage multiple aspects of client, team and project coordination » Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project. » Manage typical construction phase tasks including but not limited to submittals, RFIs, substitution requests, on-site observations and site reviews.
