This position requires regular, weekend and evening hours and is in-person, on-campus.

Pay Rate $1550 per month
Minimum practice/Education An undergraduate degree is required for this position.

Departmental Preferred practice, expertise, Training/suitable education Pursuance or completion of a master's degree in sports management/athletic administration or a related field is preferred.

tasks and Responsibilities The individual chosen for this position will be assigned substantive responsibilities in the areas of athletic ticketing including:
   » broad use of the Paciolan donor management and ticketing system,
   » Game day ticket operations,
   » Training in Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards, security consciousness, and other University policies,
   » NCAA policy compliance
   » Providing high levels of customer service,
   » Outside sales of ticketing products,
   » expertise of donor related benefits and opportunities for customers,
   » And other tasks as determined and assigned by the internship manager listed above.
