These positions offer the opportunity to contribute to the success of transfer students at ECU. Key Job responsibilities: »Data Management: » Collect, organize, and maintain program data to ensure accuracy and integrity. » Perform regular data audits and updates to keep records current and reliable. » Develop and manage databases to track student progress, program results, and other significant metrics. »Collaboration and Communication: » Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance transfer student success. » Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. »Workshops and Academic Coaching » Assist program staff in developing and facilitating support workshops all over the semester. » Meet one on one with transfer students focusing on student success. Appropriate qualifications: » Currently enrolled in a graduate program with a focus student success, psychology, education or related field. » Strong analytical and problem-solving expertise with attention to detail. » Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise. » capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
