Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, nights and weekends as scheduled for events.

Pay Rate $12.00 per hour
Minimum practice/Education Bachelor's Degree. At least 1 year of practice in athletic facilities.

Departmental Preferred practice, expertise, Training/suitable education Masters preferred, and practice working within and NCAA Division I athletics department, preferably with practice in facilities, game operations, and/or event management.

tasks and Responsibilities tasks include, but are not limited to:
   » Acquire full expertise of Charlotte athletic facilities
   » Assist in the setup and tear down of each facility for events
   » Assist the Director of Athletic Facilities with tasks involved in operations of all Charlotte Athletic Facilities
   » Assist Associate Director of Athletic Events and adjunct Director of Athletic Events & Facilities to ensure all athletic events are run at a professional level
   » Assist in managing student work force at events
   » Conduct a weekly facility walk through and complete facility checklists for each facility
   » Ensure each facility is event ready
   » Collaborate with other departments within Athletics to foster a dynamic cross-functional line of communication
   » Act as primary game day manager (or secondary manager) for assigned sports. Coordinate
communications with visiting team and officials as needed
   » Act as event manager to outside groups renting facilities.
   » Other tasks as assigned.
Other Work/Responsibilities capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
