Key Job responsibilities: » supervise and manage the design process, ensuring a high caliber of design is achieved and maintained all over the project lifecycle. » Collaborate with various consultants to uphold design intent while ensuring constructibility. » Monitor and control project budget and schedule, ensuring all phases align with established financial and timeline parameters. » Engage effectively with high-level stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration across a lean team environment. » Lead complex teams towards common design solutions and project goals. Appropriate qualifications: » Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. » 10+ years of practice in architecture, owners' representation, or development. Client-side practice is not mandatory, but is a plus. » Proven practice with complex cultural projects, having prosperously managed projects from design through construction administration. » Strong capability to drive teams towards consensus and resolution of design challenges. » Proficiency in managing project budgets, schedules, and overall profitcapability. expertise: » Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for design excellence. » Strong stakeholder management expertise, capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. » capability to balance design aspirations with practical considerations of construction and project management.
