The ideal candidate will be an practiced wine educator with excellent communication expertise and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include:Delivering memorable winery practices for guests Educating visitors about Tamber Bey wines and winemaking processes Cultivating relationships with new and repeat customers Maintaining a professional demeanor that complements the elevated practice Requirements: 3+ years of hospitality or winery-related practice Availcapability on weekends is required Strong computer expertise (ie, POS practice) WSET Level 1 certification or equivalent (company will provide) capability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods The compensation package is highly competitive, with the potential to exceed $100,000 annually through: Competitive base wage Generous guest tips Commissions on wine sales Bonuses for club signups and special product sales Additional benefits include: 100% paid health and dental insurance 401K access Reimbursement for wine education programs Allocation of Tamber Bey wines for personal use This position not only offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise but also a platform to thrive and grow in the high-end, artisanal wine industry.
