Studio Panduro is a newly established fast-paced, multidisciplinary architecture and interior design firm specializing in high-end residential projects all over the United States. We practice a layered style of contemporary architecture, interior design, and décor. The ideal candidate will have a great eye for design and layout and a strong attention to detail. You will be working closely with the principal and lead designers to produce client presentation and similar materials.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
   » Primary point of contact with rendering teams and consultants
   » Prepare rendering packages for various projects including reference images, 3D models, CAD drawings
   » Provide comments on in-progress renderings to consultants
   » Revise (Photoshop) renderings as needed
   » Assist designers with in-house renderings, design, composition, and printing of presentation books and boards for client meetings
Requirements:
   » 3-4 years of practice, preferably in luxury residential design within the field of contemporary as well as traditional design.
   » Bachelor of Architecture degree at minimum.
   » Strong communication expertise, well spoken, observant and inquisitive.
   » Strong time management expertise.
   » General practice and good knowledge of construction documentation and detailing of building core & shell as well as interior features and millwork.
   » Excellent AutoCAD drafting expertise. Familiarity with Revit a plus, but not required Excellent schematic
   » Photorealistic 3D rendering expertise. Rhino, Sketch-up and Lumion required
   » Proficiency with graphics software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office Suite
Portfolio contents should include samples of formal presentation work or renderings as well as exemplary construction and millwork drawings at all scales and level of detail. Creative and multidisciplinary work is also encouraged to be included.
This position is located in New York City and offers a hybrid work schedule with 4 days a week in office with team.
