Primary Purpose of Position This position serves as a BES Technician and performs building services all over Belk Gymnasium & other recreation facilities, and accurately sets up recreational spaces for Academic and University Recreation programming along with special events. Minimum Education/practice Required Minimum Appropriate qualifications: Some expertise of cleaning procedures, capability to follow instructions and to execute medium to heavy physical work; or an equivalent combination of training and practice. University Preferred Appropriate qualifications: Some expertise of cleaning procedures, one year of practice demonstrating the capability to follow instructions in operating specialized floor-cleaning or other cleaning equipment and in performing medium to heavy physical work; or an equivalent combination of training and practice.
