Description: » Provide direct project support to Senior Designers and Project Coordinators on HUTS Standards projects. » Take on projects to improve internal Revit / BIM processes for HUTS Standards projects. » Utilize Revit to manage project models, produce Schematic Design drawings, produce Enscape 3D walkthroughs and visualizations, and final Construction Drawing sets. Requirements: » Degree in architecture or drafting with 2-5 years of work practice developing construction documents. » expertise of residential design, building codes, and construction. » Basic expertise of Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Systems. » Interest in digital modeling and visualization for schematic design and construction documentation. » Interested in building technology, construction techniques, and architectural detailing. » Highly skilled in Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud.
