Senior Designer Position Overview: We are pursuing a highly skilled and practiced Senior Architectural Designer to lead our dynamic team. In this function, you will provide visionary leadership abilities to the design team, superviseing a variety of cladding exterior projects. You will spearhead the design process for envelope solutions utilizing Cladify & Mitrex products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of projects that align with our clients' needs and architectural vision. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs align with their vision, meet project budgets, and uphold the highest standards of functionality, aesthetics, and sustaincapability. Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor will be highly advantageous, as Information technology will enhance your skills in our design automation processes. Senior Designer Job responsibilities: » Lead and manage cladding exterior projects from panel layout to installation, ensuring strict adherence to design criteria, project timelines, and requirements. » Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams, to ensure the prosperous execution of projects. » Conduct on-site visits and assessments to gather information, evaluate existing structures, and propose design recommendations. » Create detailed shop drawings, panel layouts, connection details, bills of materials, installation manuals, production orders, cut sheets, and assembly drawings using industry-standard software and tools. » Leverage proficiency in Autodesk Inventor to automate design processes, enhancing team efficiency and accuracy. » Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into tangible projects using Cladify and Mitrex products and solutions. » Provide technical guidance to design team members, fostering their professional growth and development. » Stay updated on the latest architectural and sustainable design trends, materials, and technologies, incorporating them into design proposals. » Participate in product development initiatives.
