The selected candidate will work as a key part of the project team on the programming, planning, and design of ambulatory care spaces, commercial interiors, and schools in the New York area. Required expertise & practice » Bachelor or Master of Architecture » 8-12 years professional practice; minimum of 3 years healthcare or education practice preferred » Outstanding design, planning, and technical expertise » Excellent analytical and technical expertise, including a deep knowledge of NYC zoning and building code, Construction Set development, and detailing capability » Able to take a project from concept through Construction Administration » Team management practice » practice with pediatrics, oncology, and cardiology projects a plus » Motivated, articulate, and detail-oriented » practice with FGI / DOH or SCA / DOE guidelines » Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3d Studio Max, and/or Rhino » Authorization to work in the US Compensation $80 - $115k commensurate with practice Application Instructions Please submit a cover letter, resume, and portfolio.Portfolios should include examples of personal/academic and professional work and be limited to 10 MB.
