The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the prosperous completion of one or more projects, managing all phases of the project from conceptual design through construction document delivery.In addition, the Senior Project Manager supervises andsupervises the work of project team members within project team(s).Responsibilities for mentoring, coaching, and goal setting with team members. Position Requirements » Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or equivalent education in an AEC related field. » Minimum of 10+ years’ practice in a professional office setting, » Demonstrated history of success in leading a team and managing one or more projects, including the capability to monitor, adjust and maintain scope, schedule, and budgets of projects. » Familiarity with multiple project delivery methods. » Strong leadership abilities and relationship-building expertise, including the capability to recognize and prosperously navigate client and agency challenges and/or issues. » Good communication expertise » practice or expertise of Health Care and/or Science and Technology a plus.
