Special Conditions: Initial screening will begin July 19, 2024 and will occur each Friday thereafter until a candidate has been selected.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
May need to work/travel beyond normal work schedule

Job tasks

tasks & Job responsibilities: Supervises professional staff and the overall direction of the following departments: Multicultural Affairs, Student leadership abilities and Involvement, Veteran and Military Student Services, and the Center for Service Learning and Volunteerism and advise Student Government Association (SGA).

tasks & Job responsibilities: Builds and implement a targeted and integrated student engagement model focused on creating spaces of belonging, affinity, and engagement for all students and within the online student community. Develop and maintain annual calendars of events and strategies for communication, including social media strategies.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Uses best practices, and in collaboration with UofM partners, design and implement programs and services that foster a strong sense of community and student engagement and implement a continuous program assessment process to measure the effectiveness of comprehensive student engagement efforts located on learning results and a curricular approach.
