practice working with low-earnings families.
practice in providing Customer Service to general public.

This is a grant-funded position contingent upon funding availcapability.

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Some nights and weekend work for special events may be required.

Working Conditions: While performing the tasks of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Additional Working Conditions: Position includes a customer service component requiring regular interaction with program participants and the general public. Requires ease with face-to-face, telephone and online communications. Position requires some standing, walking and reaching. Incumbent must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 pounds. Position requires vision that will support close detailed work.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Provides direct support to the Executive Director and Project Director for everyday operations, meetings, calendars, etc.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Greets visitors and provides high-level customer service to participants, internal clients, and the general public to ensure they are contacted in a timely manner. Ensures participant updates and communications are recorded in the case management system on the same day in conformity with program regulations and procedures.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Manages a variety of electronic and physical records. Manages program supplies such as office equipment, technology, marketing materials, promotional merchandise, etc.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Assists staff in the planning and execution of community engagement, recruitment, and other program initiatives.
